GSL Energy released its latest LiFePO4 lithium battery this year, which is a 14.33 kWh wall battery for storing solar energy. 

This new version of energy storage wall batteries are assembled using LiFePO4 lithium battery cells that deliver better performance on safety, reliability, and lifespan.

The GSL energy storage wall lithium battery (lithium iron phosphate or LFP battery) is a new, eco-friendly backup power system. It is equipped with cathode materials, battery cells, and BMS (battery management system), and uses GSL’s proprietary core technologies.

This is GSL’s latest HESS battery system. It features high energy and power density, and has a long lifespan. The power system’s ease of installation and scalability reflect the real needs of end users, as well as GSL’s strong technical capability. Larger capacity with higher power

When it comes to capacity, the GSL power storage wall battery has been upgraded up to 14.33 kWh for each single unit. 

This capacity is much higher than that of other batteries on the market. It is a 51.2V 280Ah LiFePO4 battery, which has a 150Ah maximum current discharge, and weighs around 128.5 kg.

Safe and long LiFePO4 cell life cycle

GSL ENERGY manufactured this battery using lithium iron phosphate cells, which are safer and more stable than other battery types. 

In addition to increased safety, lithium iron phosphate batteries can deliver high amounts of current and power without overheating, over 8,500 charge cycles, and 80% depth of discharge.

Supports up to 16 units in parallel

The GSL power storage wall battery has a 46–56V operating voltage and a size of 900 × 675 × 200 millimeters. The premium modular design and its size make this storage system very easy to install and compatible with both wall and floor mounting. This is a serious plus for anyone with limited space. 

If users want to increase their storage system power, they can add more batteries by parallel connection. The system can support up to 16 units in parallel, making it suitable for both residential and industrial applications. 

Compatible with most hybrid inverters

The 14.33 kWh GSL power storage wall battery has two different communication ports, RS485 and CANBus. 

The ports make the battery compatible with most mainstream hybrid inverters on the market, such as Growatt, Scheider, GoodWe, Victron, SMA, Solis, Deye, and Solis. In addition, GSL has its own hybrid inverter which perfectly matches the lithium battery. 

A perfect certification system

It is imperative for any reliable, high-quality product to have a perfect certification system. 

Due to the battery’s reliable performance and high-quality build, GSL ENERGY has passed the European IEC safety performance test, the North American UL, and UN 38.3 and MSDS certification.
