Chassis, also called chassis trailers, is a dedicated trailer or sub-trailer designed for transporting sea containers by road. They are thus valuable when it comes to transporting containers overland by truck. Initially, transportation of the shipment is done by sea, followed by placing the containers onto a chassis and proceeding with the transportation by land.
